Director
Rohit Kothari is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in management consultancy and finance. His extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, finance, automation and manufacturing has also helped him develop an understanding of business and technology across sector and geographies.
Heena Shah
Director
Heena Shah is an MBA in Financial Management and has an experience of over 10 years in the fields of Project Viability, Debt Syndication, M&A, Financial Research & Analysis and Enterprise Valuation. She has been instrumental in Transaction Solutions and leads the team which is responsible for the preparation of Project Reports, Financial Models, Information Memorandum, Budgets and Monitoring Reports.
Manish Kothari
Director
Manish Kothari is an Engineer with over 24 years of experience in Foundry Projects & Machines. He is the Managing Director of Rhino Machines Pvt. Ltd. Before joining the family’s Foundry Project & Consultancy business, he was selected by L&T Hazira and worked as Plant Engineer for 6 months. He has established the Rhino brand successfully in India and Overseas and is an active life member of The Institute of Indian Foundrymen. Now he is a part of the advisory board of reputed Engineering Colleges and visiting faculty for various subjects.

Processing Head
Heli Oza, a Chartered Accountant has a total experience of 4.5 years inclusive of 2.5 years with IndiaBulls Housing Finance as a Credit Manager. She has expertise in processing retail & corporate loans and dealing with various Banks.
